Your items will be packaged and shipped within two working days. Most items are next days shipping providing you submit your order before 15:30.

Working days are Monday to Friday.

UK Bank holidays are not included as working days.

Items are shipped in robust packaging to ensure they arrive safely.

When your item is shipped you will get all the tracking information from DPD. If you are not going to be in, you can request to leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour via their app.

Please note DPD split consignments across vans and they can deliver more than once a day.
