Q: How long does shipping take?
A: It's usually next day shipping. Make sure your order is in before 3pm for next day shipping.
Q: How come the holds are sold out?
A: The website is what we actually have in stock, ready to ship.
Q: If i want holds making in a colour that aren't in stock, how long will the take to make?
A: they usually take between 3 to 8 weeks.
Q: I'm building a traverse wall, which holds are best?
A: Smooth mini jugs, you will need 8 per linear metre. Four for your hands and four for your feet.
Q: Can you design the layout of our routes?
A: No, put more T nut placement than you need, so you can play around with the holds to create problems and routes that suit you and your ability. You can always add more holds its too hard.
Q: Do the holds come with bolts
A: No they can be added to your in the fixings page.
Q: Which holds are best for kids?
A: screw on mini jugz or any of the mini jugs range. They’re all positive and big enough to stand on.
Q: Are you holds suitable for outdoor use?
A: Yes, some colours may fade after 3-4 years
Q: I'm fixing to an a brick wall, how do i fix them?
A: You can use the expansion sleeves on the fixings page. Check your wall is solid
Q: Do you come out and fit them?
A: No, sorry
Q: Can you design a layout drawing of which holds need to go where?
A: No, play with the holds, make up your problems, that is the fun part of setting your own problems

A: You'll need around 8 per linear metre
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is priced on weight. For £9 you get up to 30kg. If you click through to shipping it will add up the total shipping costs for all areas we deliver to.
Q: I don't have a PayPal account, can i still order online?
A: Yes, you can use your card through the PayPal payment system, it will charge your card.
Q: Do you sell seconds
A: Yes, they are on the website (when we have some) - check the smooth mini jugs set 1 and 5
Q: Can you send me a free sample so i can check the texture.
A: Send us a self addressed padded envelope A5 with postage for £5 small package stuck too it and we'll pop a hold in the post for you.
