Our online shop aims to make the ordering of products for your indoor climbing facility as easy and pain free as possible. Simply select the items that you are interested in, add them to your shopping basket and then proceed to checkout. You will then receive an email confirming the order that you have placed. Your card will not be charged until the items are actually despatched.

Note that some products are made to order so please allow up to 14 days for delivery, although we aim to deliver most things withn 48hrs. We will contact you if your order is likely to be subject to a delay.

Shipping costs :
Orders are sent out by a next day courier delivery service and the charges are as follows:

• Up to 0.5kg: £2.70
• Over 0.5kg and up to 1.0kg: £5.00
• Over 1.0kg and up to 10.0kg: £7.50
• Over 10.0kg and up to 20.0kg: £9.00
• Over 20.0kg: £9.00 plus £0.50 per extra kg
• Order over £350 of stuff and we'll pay the delivery charge!

International Delivery:
Currently, we only deliver within the United Kingdom via this site — however, drop us an email with your requirements and we'll see what we can do.
